8.2.4.15 Check list to be filled prior the access to the inverter
The purpose of checklist is to verify that all the operations mentioned in the procedure have been carried out. The checklist below must
be attached to the intervention report.

Prepare for the work and identify the work location and equipment
PPE and Equipment Check
PPE wearing
OPERATIONS AT PLANT LEVEL

Check the absence of dangerous voltages on inverter chassis respect ground
Operations in External AC switch
Operations in External DC Switch (If present)
OPERATIONS AT INVERTER LEVEL
Operations on internal AC switch (if present)
Operations on internal DC switches
Remove the DC quick fit connectors from wiring box

Wait the discharge of the internal capacitor
VOLTAGE ABSENCE TEST
Voltage absence check on DC side (wiring box)
Voltage absence check on AC Side (wiring box)
Voltage absence check on bulk capacitors (power module)
SHORT-CIRCUIT AND EARTHING
DC grounding Installation

ISSUE WORK PERMIT
Issue work permit and “Walk the permit” – Check list filling
ONLY if all checks are POSITIVE (√) the ACCESS IS ALLOWED
(1) Identification of the external switch may require the cooperation of the plant manager and it must be included in the switching plan
defined during the preparation of the work.
(2) Only applicable for -SX, -SY, -SX2, -SY2 models.
(3) Only applicable for Standard and -S2 models.
