5.5 FUNCTION 2T
STEP 1
• Press and hold on torch trigger.
• Shielding gas is out of the torch (gas pre-ow).
• Wire feeder motor runs at “soft start speed”.
• Arc ignites after the wire electrode makes contact with the workpiece, the welding current ows.
• Change over to pre-selected/main wire speed.
STEP 2
• Release torch trigger.
• Wire feeder motor stops.
• Arc is extinguished when adjusted wire burn-back time expires.
• Gas post-ow time passes.
