Configuration Planning Worksheets
Worksheet 5-1 is an expanded version of the parameters section of
the configuration reference card that is stored behind the hinged
cover on the front panel. The expanded reference shows.

the function code (FCODE) for selecting each parameter
n
the function and parameter description
= the allowable parameter range
n
the parameter units
a the increment that the increase/decrease buttons change the
parameter value during manual tuning
H the default parameter value for each controller function
The horizontal lines in the worksheet separate the FCODE’s by
function. Within functional groupings, blank lines indicate subgroups.
For example, the alarm limits group is subdivided into process value
alarms and deviation alarm limits,
Worksheet 5-1 also has an empty column so that the user can enter
the parameter values as he plans configuration, and record parameter
values changed from the defaults. The configuration reference card
also has a space for writing in these parameter values.
Worksheet 5-2 shows the FCODE, descriptive and default information
for controller functions There are blank columns for maintaining a
record of selected functions and values.
Worksheet 5-3 has a space for additional notes on the use of I/O
signals.
Use the worksheets in this manual as masters to produce additional
copies as required.
