15-0A Remote charger pairing error 1. Restart the system.
2. Switch the system off.
3. Disconnect the charger from the system and
socket.
4. Wait until status LED goes out.
5. Check plug contacts on the e-bike and charger
and clean if necessary.
6. Reconnect the charger to the socket.
7. Reconnect the charger to the system and start
the system.
8. If the problem persists, please contact your
specialist dealer.
15-0B Remote lock pairing error 1. Restart the system.
2. If the problem persists, please contact your
specialist dealer.
16-00 Remote theft detection 1. Restart the system.
2. If the problem persists, please contact your
specialist dealer.
16-01 Motor theft detection 1. Restart the system.
2. If the problem persists, please contact your
specialist dealer.
16-02 Display theft detection 1. Restart the system.
2. Switch the system off.
3. Remove display from holder, check contacts and
clean if necessary.
4. Re-insert the display and start the system.
5. If the problem persists, please contact your
