A note about ergonomics
13
13.1 General
To prevent overstrain injuries, it is important that you hold the camera ergonomically cor-
rect. This section gives advice and examples on how to hold the camera.
Note Please note the following:
Always tilt the viewfinder to fit your work position.
Always adjust the viewing angle of the display to fit your work position.
Always adjust the camera grip to fit your work position.
When you hold the camera, make sure that you support the camera housing with your
left hand too. This decreases the strain on your right hand.
