USE OF THE MACHINE
WARNINGS:
Before proceeding with the activation and switch-off of the machine, check that all conditions or obstacles which
could impede the working of the unit are eliminated.
Before proceeding with the activation and switch-off of the machine check also that all safety devices are present
and perfectly effective.
CHECKING AND STARTING
Before starting the machine proceed in the following way:
Check the positioning and the fixing of the unit and verify the lock of all the screws used to sustain the machine.
Check the hydraulic connections.
Check the electrical connections and the gearbox. It must be completely sealed.
Check that all covers are closed.
Check that the rotation direction of the screw is like the arrow reported by the sticker on the equipment. (ref. below
picture).
WARNINGS:
During first startup, it is necessary to check very carefully every possible instance like a working defect, for
example: vibrations, high noise level, wrong rotation direction, etc…
Startup procedure must be executed every time that the machine remained inactive for a long period of time
(more than one week).
To grant personnel’s safety and machine’s safety, it is necessary to read very carefully the section on SAFETY
RULES.
