PNEUMATIC COUNTERWEIGHT
1- Open the air, opening the valve C.
2- Before starting the machine, close the counterweight: open the valve A and close the valve B. The
counterweight remains closed during the working cycle.
3- Adjust the pressure using the pressure regulator D. The pressure range is from 1 to 6 bar and the setting
depends on the type of the material. We suggest starting from a 2 bar pressure and increase/decrease it
depending on the dryness of the result. If it’s too wet, for example, it is because the counterweight opens
too much, so increase the pressure to keep it closed.
4- In case of maintenance stop the air in the circuit closing valve C.
During the first activation the equipment the pressure of the counterweight must be fixed from 4 to 6 Bar. After first
30 minutes of continuous operation, pressure must be reduced from 1 to max 2 bar.
