Set the format for dates on the display.
<format> is either “YYYY-MM-DD”, “YYYY/MM/DD”, “DD/MM/YYYY”,
“DD.MM.YYYY”, or “MM-DD-YYYY”.
DISPlay:DECimal:FORMat <boolean>
DISPlay:DECimal:FORMat?
Select the decimal point for numbers on the display.
<boolean> is either 0 for period ‘.’ or 1 for comma ‘,’.
DISPlay:LANGuage <language>

Select the language for the display.
<language> is either “ENGLISH”, “FRENCH”, “SPANISH”, “PORTUGUESE”,
“GERMAN”, “RUSSIAN”, “CHINESE”, “JAPANESE”, or “KOREAN”.
DISPlay:SAVer <numeric_value>
DISPlay:SAVer?
Set the screen saver timeout period.
<numeric_value> is the time in minutes. 0 disables screen saver. A non-zero
value is rounded to 10, 30, or 60.

Set the number of decimal places for temperature values on the display.
<numeric_value> is the number of decimals places, either 2 or 3.

Set the format for time on the display.
FETCh?
(-P models only) Return the reference probe temperature and DUT sensor
reading.
The response is temperature in °C or °F and depends on the temperature unit
setting.
