Why my Follett Symphony REF Refrigerator does not operate?

  If your Follett Refrigerator isn't running at all, it could be due to several reasons: 1. The power switch might be faulty or in the OFF position, or there could be a loose connection. Ensure the power switch is in the ON position and check the switch and connections. 2. The refrigerator may not be plugged in. Connect the plug to a power outlet. 3. There might be no power to the cord. Restore power to the outlet. 4. The temperature controller might not be energizing the control relay. Check the controller contact terminals for power and replace the controller if needed. 5. The control relay could be defective. Replace the relay. 6. The probe might not be sensing the cut-in temperature. In this case, replace the controller and/or probe.

Recover, evacuate, and weigh in the correct charge. * The capillary tube could be plugged. Replace the capillary tube. * The compressor might be inefficient. Consult technical service.
