• Store test strip packages in a cool and dry place.
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
• After removing a test strip from the vial,
immediately replace the vial cap and close it tightly.
• Handle the test strip with clean and dry hands.
• Use each test strip immediately after removing it
from the vial.
• Write the discard date (the date opened plus
90 days) on the vial label when you rst open it.
Discard the vial along with remaining test strips on
this date.
• Do not bend, cut, or alter a test strip in any way.
• Keep the strip vial away from children as the cap
and the test strip may be choking hazardous. If
swallowed, promptly see a doctor for help.
• Storage condition: Store the control solution tightly
closed at temperatures 36 to 86°F (2 to 30°C). Do
not freeze.
• Record the discard date (date opened plus 90
days) on the control solution vial. Discard the vial
on this date.
