Configuration overview
Item Description
Factory Default Restores the phone to the factory default configuration.
Update Configuration Requests the configuration file from the provisioning server.
Update Firmware Requests the upgrade of the FortiFone firmware.
Before requesting the upgrade, make sure that the FortiVoice administrator has
uploaded the FortiFone firmware file from the Fortinet Support website to the
FortiVoice phone system.
Reload Used to restart certain processes:

Diagnostic Report Runs a diagnostic report on account and network settings.
Successful items will display .
Failed items will display .
Traffic Capture Start and stop a traffic capture with a computer that is on the same network as the
phone.
Technical Support uses this tool to gather information.

Cloud
Cloud contains the following settings:
Item Description
Cloud ID Used to enter and display the identification number of the FortiVoice Cloud
instance associated with your phone extension.
Extension No. Used to enter and display your phone extension available on the FortiVoice Cloud
instance.
Cloud PIN Used to enter the PIN and complete the registration of your phone with FortiVoice
Cloud.
Status Displays the status of your extension.
