Using your phone
DND
When DND (Do Not Disturb) is enabled, you will not be notified of incoming calls.
To enable DND
1. From the main screen, press the DND soft key.
The main screen displays the icon.
To disable DND
1. From the main screen, press the DND soft key again.
The icon disappears from the main screen.
Text message
You can receive text messages from the FortiVoice phone system.
Text messages immediately appear on screen and remain on the screen according to the display time setting configured
by the FortiVoice administrator.
If you receive a text message from the FortiVoice phone system while you are on a call, the text message displays as an
overlay.
To access your text messages
1. Press the Menu soft key
2. In App, select Text Message.
3. Press the Enter soft key.
4. Select the text message to view.
5. Press the Enter soft key.
Voicemail
When a new voicemail is available, the message indicator flashes and the voicemail icon appears on the screen.
To listen to your messages using your phone
To listen to your messages, your phone can prompt you to enter your voicemail PIN. However,
if the FortiVoice phone system administrator has disabled the Voicemail password option, you
can listen to your messages without entering your voicemail PIN.
1.
Press the button on the phone.
2. If prompted, enter your voicemail PIN, and press the OK soft key.
3. Depending on the Voicemail key setting (in the Feature section - Voicemail Key):

A call is placed to your voicemail box. Follow the prompts.

Alternatively, in the Visual voicemail menu, use the navigation keys to select the voicemail and press the Play
soft key.
