• The high temperature generated when using the oven may ignite nearby items.
• Do not use this oven to heat the room.
• Oil or fat will burn when overheated. Do not leave the oven while cooking with oil
or fat.
• Do not extinguish with water in case of fire. Immediately disconnect the oven
power, close the door, so that the fire can be extinguished by lack of oxygen.
• Barbecuing food for too long will cause the food to dry out, posing a fire hazard.
• Do not exceed the recommended roasting time.
• Some foods will dry quickly at high roasting temperatures and may spontaneously
ignite. Do not bake semi-cooked rolls or bread, or dry flowers and herbs with
barbecue functions. Please use fan enhancement or conventional heating function
for such operations.
• If there is alcohol in the recipe ingredients, be aware that high temperature can
cause the alcohol to evaporate and steam can cause a fire if encountered by the
heating element.
• When the food in the oven cavity is insulated with waste heat, the high moisture
content and condensate in the oven cavity can cause corrosion of the oven, and
the control panel, kitchen stove or installed cabinets will also be damaged.
• Do not turn off the oven while the residual heat is being used. Please set the
temperature to the lowest and keep the oven running with the selected function.
The fan will keep running automatically to remove excess steam.
• If food is stored in the oven or kept warm in the cavity, it may become dry and the
released moisture may corrode and damage the oven.
• Always cover food while it is warm in the oven. The accumulated heat can cause
the enamel on the underside of the oven to crack.
• Do not cover the bottom of the oven with anything, such as aluminum foil. Do not
place a baking dish, pan, or tray directly on the bottom.
• The enamel on the bottom of the oven will be damaged when hit by objects. If the
cookware is stored in the oven, make sure it does not collide with the bottom of the
oven.
• Spills of low-temperature liquid on hot surface will generate steam, which can
cause burns. Sudden changes in temperature can also damage the enamel
surface. Do not pour the low-temperature liquid directly on the hot enamel surface.
• Make sure the temperature of the food is high enough and evenly distributed
during cooking. Stir and/or turn over the food to ensure even heat distribution.
• Plastic containers that are not suitable for microwaves may melt at high
temperatures and even damage the oven or cause a fire.
• Use only plastic containers specified by the manufacturer for ovens and follow the
manufacturer's instructions.
• Do not heat food in closed containers (such as cans or sealed cans) in the oven
because pressure can build up in the container and cause an explosion.
• The open door may cause injury or tripping of the user. Do not open the door
when it is not necessary.
