5. Fan BBQ can be used for all kinds of food. A lower barbecue temperature can be
selected for the fan BBQ function; other barbeques use fan enhancement so that the
cooking temperature can be 10-30°C lower than that when other functions are used.
6. Waste heat utilization
7. When using a temperature above 140°C for more than 30 minutes, you can turn off
the cooking program about 5 minutes before the end of cooking. The residual heat in the
cavity is sufficient to complete the cooking process.
IX. Cleaning and maintenance
9.1 Disassembly of the door
1. Open the door and make
it horizontal.
2. Open the locking plates
on the hinges on the left and
right sides of the door, so that
the back of the locking plates
and the tops of the hinges are
firmly secured.
3. Close the door slowly so
that the hinge seat on the
door bears against the top of
the locking plates.
4. Continue to close the
door slowly so that the hinge
seat at the hinge hole of the
door frame is loosened and
the hinges can move upward.
