Information on the operating system, network (LAN or Wi-Fi)
Any error messages displayed

1. Enter in the web browser the address https://en.avm.de/service.
2. Select your FRITZ!Repeater model in the “Service” area.
3. Enter a keyword in the search field of the Knowledge Base or se-
lect an FAQ.
4. If you need more help, click on “Support request”.
5. Fill out the form and click on “Submit support request”.
