112 Open circuit voltage detection faulty
Remedy: Replace power module PC board
202 Timeout in the first charging phase
Remedy:
- Set correct battery capacity (Ah)
- Check for parallel consumers (car radio, etc.)
203 Charge time exceeded
Remedy: Check battery
205 Cell short circuit
Remedy: Check battery
302 Temperature sensor defective
Remedy: Replace power module PC board
Polarity reversal of charging terminals
Cause Charging terminals connected to wrong poles
Remedy Swap charging terminals round
Charging terminals short-circuited
Cause Short-circuit on the charging terminals
Remedy Rectify short-circuit on the charging terminals
Cause Battery not detected
Remedy Check that charging terminals are properly connected, press
Start/Stop button for 5 seconds
Overtemperature
Cause Overtemperature - battery charging system too hot
Remedy Allow battery charging system to cool down
Cause Air inlets and outlets covered
Remedy Ensure air inlets and outlets are not obstructed
