Clean the rectifier contact area
Installing the power module PC board:
Apply the heat conductive paste to the
rectifier using a syringe
Spread the heat conductive paste
evenly and thinly across the entire sur-
face with the roller
Insert the new PC board (insert USB port (7))
Fit the four spacers (3) - 0.2 Nm
Fit the earthing screw (4) and four screws (8) - 2 Nm
Connect the DC cables (9) and ensure the polarity is correct (red + ; black - ) - 4 Nm
Fit clamp to the rectifier (1)
Plug in cable (2)
