Trouble shooting
Should an error occur, first check the following points. If the distortion is still not eliminated, the
projector should, if possible, be checked on another computer and/or with another data cable.
If you cannot solve the problem, contact our customer service centre.
Alarm indicator on the projector operator panel
Alarm indicator lights up red
Ê Replace the projector lamp.
Alarm indicator blinks red rapidly
The projector has overheated.
Ê Turn the projector off and let it cool down.
Alarm indicator blinks red in intervals
The projector is being shut down due to overheating.
The remote control does not work.
Ê Check if the remote control is turned on (see "Switching the remote control on and off").
Remote control is turned on but does not work
Batteries may be empty.
Ê Change the batteries (see "Replacing batteries").
Problems with the projected picture
No display (power indicator does not light)
Ê Check whether the power cable is connected correctly on the projector and to the mains outlet.
Ê Check whether the mains socket is live.
No picture (power indicator glows orange)
Ê Check whether the projector is switched on.
