Products which are Energy Star certificated and labelled always meet the full
requirements of the standard when shipped. Please note that installation of
after-market hardware and software, changes to the BIOS or to the pow er
options may affect power consumption. T he properties guaranteed by the
Energy Star label can then no longer be g uaran teed.
Devices which are c ertified according to the Energy Star environmental
mark help to save money and reduce the emission of greenhouse gases.
