Connect the notebook to the port replicator
The port replicator does not supply the Notebook computer with power.
The noteb ook computer must be connected to power using its own mains
adaptor, o r it must be sufficiently charged.
If the notebook computer is connected to the port replicator and it is running on battery
power, you may feel a slight tingling when you touch the top of the aluminium housing.
This effect is harmless. The device meets all relevant saf ety standards.

► Connect one end of the USB cable (USB Type-C

► Connect the other end of the USB cable (USB Type-C

) to the USB 3.0 port to provide
a data connection (USB Type-C
