during servicing
Preparing to remove components
If you are going to remove or change system components, prepare for the removal as follows:
Please observe the safety information in chapter "Important notes", Page 12.
Remove the power plug from the mains outlet !
► Switch the device off.
The device must not be in energy-saving mode !
► Close the L CD screen.
► Remove all the cables
from the device.
► Turn the de vice over and place it on a stable, flat and clean surface. If necessary, lay an
anti-slip cloth on this surface to prevent the device from being scratched.
► To switch off the ba
ttery and switch the device into a currentless state, press a
pen or a piece of wir
e (e.g. a paperclip) firmly into the opening in the battery
switch-off button
on the underside of the device.
As soon as the dev
ice is supplied with voltage, the battery is switched on a gain.
