Hardware installation
Ê Mount the server (see "Preparing the server" on page 65 and "Inserting the
server" on page 66) and route the cables as described in the original manual
of the rack.
Racks with installation depth smaller/greater than 735 mm
The rails can be used for installation depths of 714 - 785 mm. The spring
element of the rails is used to adjust the length as required.
Ê Secure the rails as described in "Installing the rail in the rack" on page 63.
Ê Mount the server (see "Preparing the server" on page 65 and "Inserting the
server" on page 66) and route the cables as described in the original manual
of the rack.
