error occurs when the Communication unit cannot be detected. It implies a
connection failure with the HUB board.
90. Warning 9603: (Handset) PHY IC fault.
The status for this error is confirmed when the system is activate or during selftest.
This error occurs when there is an abnormality in the handset internal PHY IC. It
implies a failure in the Handset.
91. Warning 9604: (Handset) CODEC IC fault.

implies a failure in the Handset.
