In the Web software, perform a manual satellite search via Main ? satellite search. Also, verify that the ship position data is correct (ensure “No fix” isn't displayed). Finally, in the Web software, navigate to Settings ? Basic Settings ? GPS to confirm that the backup GPS is set correctly.
