10.9.2 Initializing the Handset
You can initialize the Handset from the screen of each Handset you wish to initialize.
When you wish to initialize several Handsets, implement the initialization procedure for
each Handset.
1. Reboot the Handset
If any abnormal operation is observed upon the Handset, try rebooting that Handset. How
to reboot the Handset;
x Disconnect the Handset from the LAN.
x Or keep on pressing the [On Hook] key for several seconds.
2. Executing the initialization process from the Handset menu
Select; [Settings] -> [Initialize].
The password input screen will be displayed; enter the Administrator's password. The
default password is “01234567”.
The Initialize screen will be displayed; select the items you wish to clear, and click
“Apply” to initialize the Handset.
x Except con.:
All settings apart from the Handset connection settings will be restored to factory
default status.
x All settings:
All Handset settings will be restored to factory default status.
Note) When entering the
password, switch abAB to 1234.
