Pressing the PFD ALERTS Softkey displays the message window on the PFD. The following airspace alerts are
displayed in the message window:
Message Comments
INSIDE ARSPC – Inside airspace. The aircraft is inside the airspace.
ARSPC AHEAD – Airspace ahead –
less than 10 minutes.
Special use airspace is ahead of aircraft. The aircraft penetrates the airspace within 10
minutes.
ARSPC NEAR – Airspace near and
ahead.
Special use airspace is near and ahead of the aircraft position.
ARSPC NEAR – Airspace near –
less than 2 nm.
Special use airspace is within 2 nm of the aircraft position.
