9.2.5 Soft Charge Card Mounting Plate
1. Remove power card mounting plate in accordance with instructions.
2. Remove R (red), S (white), and T (black) ring lugs from input power bus bar. Two soft charge cards are present for units with two inverter modules, three
soft charge cards for units with three inverter modules.
3. Disconnect MK3 and MK4 from each soft charge card.
4. Remove soft charge card mounting plate by removing four nuts (8mm) attaching mounting plate. (Soft charge cards can remain attached to mounting
plate.)
Reinstall in reverse order of this procedure. Tighten 8mm nuts to 2.3 Nm (20 in-lbs).
