Operational Errors:
Some error conditions may occur while the board is executing M level programs. These errors will by
reported on the Left RED LED. The error codes are listed in Table 4-11-3. The error can be cleared by
Rebooting the Computer.

Note that Codes 9, 10, & 11 indicate possible hardware problems on the controller board. Code 12 can be
caused by simply having the ODD turned “OFF”.
