3-4 Disk System Adjustments (Continued)
This procedure assumes that the Servo Null adjustment in the previous section has been done. The Servo
Null adjustment should be done immediately prior to every alignment.
1. Set Up
a. Set the START/STOP switch on the drive to STOP, and allow the pack to stop spinning.
b. Remove the top and back covers (do not stand the top cover on the white archway).
c. Remove the CE pack.
d. Use the torque wrench to tighten each head to 5 in/lbs (see Illustration 6-3-2).
