6-7 COMMON “M” LEVEL ERRORS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS
1) CACHE PARITY ERROR / usually associated with image artifacts
Sample error log:
APX16 Error: Ier = 7000
DRIVER STATUS = 0 331 0 99
0800 the 8 here is significant
SOLUTION: Replace one or both CACHE card(s).
2) ERROR DURING OFFSETS
3) ERROR DURING DATA COLLECTION
4) CANNOT CONTINUE SCANNING
5) CANNOT SAVE RAW DATA
6) 8200/8600 DASIOP missing views - BAD DASIOP CARD - NEED REV. D GATE ARRAY.
7) Sample error log:
APX16 Error: Ier = 7000
DRIVER STATUS = 7777 0 0 0 the 7777 indicates AP RESET itself
0 000
SOLUTION:
a) UPAP was not run
b) UPAP did not run successfully
c) MASTER card still has the reset capacitor C94 installed backwards
d) HIB failure
