A.1 Introduction
Whenever any service procedure is performed on the Model GS868 flowmeter, the details of the service should be
recorded in this appendix. An accurate service history of the meter can prove very helpful in troubleshooting any future
problems.
A.2 Data Entry
Record complete and detailed service data for the Model GS868 in Table 6 below. Make additional copies of the table
as needed.
