5. Select the date of the simulated case in the agent cost or
checkout dashboard. You can check for the machine serial
number (Device ID#) in either of them depending on the method
of verification used (ran case or completed checkout).
6. Verify data is present. If data is not present on the dashboard,
see "Verification of MFA logs" for troubleshooting.
