FIGURE 2-5—ELEM 1 POS setting identifies the location of the probe’s first element and describes the direction
in which remaining elements are arranged. In this case the first element is located at the edge of the probe that
corresponds to the LOW (thin) side of the wedge with additional elements arranged towards the high (thick) side of the
wedge.
