Network Connectivity Troubleshooting
7-5-1 First Status
Select the network icon on the bottom of the screen to get a first status for the network connectivity.
If the status reports No network, verify cabling.
7-5-2 Cannot connect to anything via the network
• Check with your laptop if you can ping the VIVID E9 / VIVID E7 and the device (Printer or PACs).
