Note on the shipping papers at the time of
receipt that the Shock Indicator label is missing.
If the Shock Indicator has triggered:
Note on the shipping papers at the time of
receipt that the Shock Indicator label was
activated.
2.
Inspect the product for possible concealed
damage.
