4. Remove the plastic tube to free the wires and ensure that the Horizontal
Arm is firmly seated in place. Do not make any wire connections at this
time.

5. Using a 4 mm Allen key, install and tighten the horizontal pivot brake to
put a small amount of drag on the rotation of the arm and to keep the
arm from lifting out.
