port is the one that has control of the DTR.

Notes: TRL EMULATION MODE keyword. This keyword is used by the GDST ACU to
resync the TRL shell. On the DTR it is used to enter TRL EMULATION MODE.
When executed, the current shell goes into TRL EMULATION MODE. To get out of
TRL EMULATION MODE, use the EXIT keyword.
