• If ‘Leading vehicle departure alert’ is
selected, the function will inform the
driver when a detected vehicle in front
departs from a stop.
Warning timing

With the vehicle on, select ‘Driver
assistance → Warning timing’ from the
Settings menu to change the initial
warning activation time for Driver
Attention Warning. The warning time can
be set to either ‘Normal (Standard)’ or
‘Later’.
• Use 'Normal (Standard)' in normal
driving conditions. If the Warning
timing seems sensitive, change it to
'Later'.
• If 'Later' is selected, Driver Attention
Warning, warns the driver more
slowly.
Information
• If you change the Warning timing,
the Warning timing of other Driver
Assistance systems may change.
• If the vehicle is restarted, Driver
Attention Warning will maintain the
last setting.
