Press and hold the Parking Safety ( )
button more than 2 seconds, ‘Active rear
assist’ or to turn the Parking Collision-
Avoidance Assist on or off.
Warning timing

With the vehicle on, select ‘Driver
assistance → Warning timing’ from the
Settings menu to change the initial
warning activation time for Collision-
Avoidance Assist. The warning time can
be set to either ‘Normal (Standard)’ or
‘Later’.
• Use 'Normal (Standard)' in normal
driving conditions. If the Warning
timing seems too sensitive, change it
to 'Later'.
• If 'Later' is selected, Parking Collision-
Avoidance Assist warns the driver
more slowly.
Information
If you change the Warning timing, the
Warning timing of other Driver Assistance
systems may change.
Warning volume

With the vehicle on, select ‘Driver
assistance → Warning volume’ from the
Settings menu to change the Warning
volume to ‘High’, ‘Medium’, ‘Low’ or ‘Off’
for Reverse Parking Collision-Avoidance
Assist.
Information
• If ‘Off’ is selected, the Warning volume
of Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist
will not turn off, but the volume will
sound as ‘Low’.
• If you change the Warning volume,
the Warning volume of other Driver
Assistance systems may change.
