Technical Support is available world-wide. Please refer to your Printer Service and Support
Information Guide available in the SERVICE Folder of the CD-ROM that accompanied your
printer for the appropriate phone number in your area. When calling for assistance, please
have the following information available:
• Your phone number, fax number and shipping address.
• A description of the problem.
• The printer model.
• The type of host computer you are using.
• The type and version of operating system you are using.
• The application and version you are using.
• The interface you are using (e.g., parallel, serial).
• The printer emulation you are using (e.g., PPL2, IBM, EPSON ESC/P).
