Connect the diagnostic tester.

If the diagnostic tester displays «No reply from the
control unit», disconnect the continuous power
supply for 10 seconds and switch to «ON» again;
if the message is still displayed, proceed as fol-
lows:
1 - Check the diagnostic tester connections.
YES go to 2 NO go to 3
2 - Check the control unit base and continuous
power supplies.
YES go to 4
3 - Restore
4 - Place the special tool between control unit and
system. Keep the control unit disconnected.
YES go to 5
