OPERATION
Low Flow
Recommended for conditioning (after initial SPE cartridge wetting with
highflow), sample loading, and elution.
To turn on low flow:
1. Switch the process control dial to SPE.
2. Switch the SPE control dial to Low Flow.
3. Turn the low flow adjustment knob clockwise until the flow reaches 1 to 2
drops per second.
4. To turn off low flow, switch the SPE control dial to Off.
Dry
Recommended for drying the SPE cartridges with maximum flow.
To turn on the dry setting:
1. Ensure the SPE control dial is switched to Off.
2. Switch the process control dial to Dry.
3. To turn off the dry setting, switch the process control dial to SPE.
NOTICE
Turn o the manifold between process steps.
Shut o the external gas supply when the manifold is
notinuse.
Disconnect the manifold from the gas supply when storing
the machine.
