Chest electrodes placement positions are as followings:
V1: Right margin of Sternum, and the fourth ribbing clearance.
V2: Left margin of Sternum, and the fourth ribbing clearance.
V3: The mid-point of the line between V2 and V4.
V4: The fifth ribbing clearance of left side, and the midline of left clavicle.
V5: The font line of left armpit, and the same plane of V4.
V6: The midline of left armpit, and the same plane of V4.
Limbs electrodes placement positions are as followingS:
RA: Right arm
LA: Left arm
LL: Left leg
RL: Right leg
