Making Calls Rotate and fully extend the
antenna.
Ensure antenna has a clear
view of the sky.
Check signal strength.
If “Calling is Restricted”
displays, check the Restrict
Phone setting.
Remove all service providers
from Prohibited List.
Receiving Check that phone is on.
Calls Check that the ringer is
loud enough.
Rotate and fully extend the
antenna.
