Trouble Type Reason How to solve
Cutting status is not good when using 1. Rewinder tension is strong
1.Turn left the rewinder tension control knob
2. Rewinder tension is weak 2. Turn right the rewinder tension control knob
Roller is not heated 1. Temperature sensor's malfunction 1. Contact dealer or A/S Center
not increase above a certain temp.
2. Odds between the temp. sensor and laminating 2. Remove odds
3. Heater's disorder 3. Contact dealer or A/S Center
4. THERMOSTAT is working 4. Try again after cooling sufficiently
if same problems happens, contact dealer or A/S Center
Compressor is not working smoothly
1. Check the compressor or pressure gauge
1. Check the Power switch is "OFF"
2. FUSE Disconnection 2. Exchange the attached fuse.
3. PCB BOX is open
