6.11 GIUNTI ELASTICI
I giunti con elementi elastici sono idonei a
lavorare in ambienti acidi, alcalini, ossidanti, in
presenza di grassi, olii, benzine, benzolo,
idrocarburi clorurati, ozono, salsedine e a
temperature da - 30°C a 120°C.
Per l’installazione è consigliabile procedere nel
modo seguente:
a) Calettare i semigiunti sui rispettivi alberi
(tolleranza fori H7) bloccandoli con grani radiali;
b) Accostare i semigiunti fino ad inserire i pioli (o i
tasselli) nelle rispettive sedi, rispettando le quote
H:
6.11 ELASTISCHE KUPPLUNGEN
Die Kupplungen mit elastischen Elementen
eignen sich für den Einsatz in säurehaltigen,
alkalischen, oxydierenden Umfeldern, bei
einem Vorhandensein von Ölen, Benzinen,
Benzol, chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffen, Ozon,
Salzhaltigkeit und Temperaturen von - 30°C bis
120°C.
Bei der Installation wird folgende Verfahrens-
weise empfohlen:
a) Die Kupplungshälften auf die jeweiligen
Wellen (Bohrungstoleranz H7) aufziehen und
mit den Radialstiften befestigen.
b) Die Kupplungshälften so weit annähern, bis
die Stifte (oder die Dübel) sich in ihre Sitze
eingefügt haben, dabei die H- Maße einhalten:

Couplings with elastic components are suitable
to operate in acid, alkaline, oxidizing
environments, in the presence of greases, oils,
petrols, benzol, chloride hydrocarbons, ozone,
salinity and within -30°C to 120°C temperature
range.
For installation, the following procedure should
be complied with:
a) Fasten the half-couplings on their shafts (hole
tolerance H7) and fix them using radial dowels;
b) Move the half-couplings close until the pins (or
the dowels) fit in their seats, taking care of “H”
dimensions:

c) Controllare il parallelismo fra le facce e la
perfetta coassialità dei semigiunti come indicato
in figura.
N.B.: in condizioni normali sono consentiti
disassamenti angolari non superiori a 0.3° e
disallineamenti paralleli (o radiali) fra gli assi
legati alle dimensioni del giunto nel modo
seguente:
c) Die Parallelität zwischen den Flächen und
die perfekte Koaxialität der Kupplungshälften
der Abbildung gemäß kontrollieren.
HINWEIS: Unter normalen Bedingungen sind
Winkelabweichungen zulässig, die nicht über
0,3° reichen dürfen, sowie parallele (oder radia-
le) Fluchtungsabweichungen zwischen den
Achsen, die an die Größe der Kupplung gebun-
den sind und wie folgt ausfallen können:
c) Ensure that both faces are parallel, and that
the half-couplings are perfectly coaxial as shown
in the figure.
Note: in normal conditions, only misalignments
lower than or equal to 0.3° and axis parallel (or
radial) misalignments depending upon coupling
dimensions should be as follows:
