24 Warranes and repairs
Manufacturer provides a warranty on hearing aids in the event of
defects in workmanship or materials, as described in applicable warranty
documentaon. In its service policy, manufacturer pledges to secure
funconality at least equivalent to the original hearing aid. As a signatory to
the United Naons Global Compact iniave, Manufacturer is commied
to doing this in line with environment-friendly best pracces. Hearing aids
therefore, at manufacturers discreon, may be replaced by new products
or products manufactured from new or serviceable used parts, or repaired
using new or refurbished replacement parts. The warranty period of
hearing aids is designated on your warranty card, which is provided by your
hearing care professional.
For hearing aids that require service, please contact your hearing care
professional for assistance. Hearing aids that malfuncon must be repaired
by a qualied technician. Do not aempt to open the case of hearing aids,
as this will invalidate the warranty.

heang cycling between -25°C (-13°F) and +70°C (158°F) according to
internal and industry standards.
During transport or storage, the temperature should not exceed the limit

condensing (for limited me). The air pressure between 500 hPa and 1,100
