thechimneyheightplus18inches.
3. Installablankingplateandthe
chimneypipe,andifusedtheoutside
airpipe,asshowninFigure9.
4. AttachtheL‐ventadapter,asectionof
pipeandcleanouttee,makingsure
thecleanoutteeis
centeredinthe
chimneyfluearea.UseRTV,metallic
tape,andaminimumofthreeself‐
tapingscrewsatalljointconnections
toensureatightseal.
5. Positionthestove,adheringtothe
clearancesinFigure1.
6. Measureandbuildchimneytopplate.
Cutoutholesforchimney
pipe,andif
usedtheoutsideairpipe.Installand
sealwithnon‐hardeningmastictopreventwaterleakage.Installventcap.
