Why won't my Graco 232-504 cycle, or why does it cycle once and stop?
    • A
      Alexis LaneAug 27, 2025
If your Graco Water Pump won't cycle, or cycles once and stops, it could be due to a stuck or dirty air valve, a check valve ball that is severely worn and wedged in the seat or manifold, a check valve ball wedged into the seat due to overpressurization, or a clogged dispensing valve. Try disassembling and cleaning the air valve, replacing the ball and seat, installing a Pressure Relief Valve, or relieving pressure and clearing the dispensing valve.

What to do if my Graco 232-504 Water Pump operates erratically?
    • N
      Nathan Owens MDAug 27, 2025
Erratic operation of your Graco Water Pump can stem from a clogged suction line, sticky or leaking balls, a ruptured diaphragm, or a restricted exhaust. You should inspect and clear any clogs in the suction line, clean or replace any sticky or leaking balls, replace the diaphragm, and remove any restrictions in the exhaust.

Why are there air bubbles in the fluid from my Graco 232-504 Water Pump?
    • M
      Michael LeeAug 26, 2025
Air bubbles in the fluid can occur in your Graco Water Pump if the suction line is loose, a diaphragm has ruptured, the inlet manifold is loose, there is a damaged seal between the manifold and seat, damaged o-rings, or the fluid side diaphragm plate is loose. To resolve this, tighten the suction line, replace the diaphragm, tighten the manifold bolts, replace the seats or o-rings, or tighten/replace the fluid side diaphragm plate.

How to fix air leaks on my Graco 232-504 Water Pump?
    • I
      iwilliamsAug 25, 2025
External air leaks in your Graco Water Pump can be caused by loose air valve cover or air valve cover screws, a damaged air valve gasket or air cover gasket, or loose air cover screws. Try tightening the screws, or inspecting and replacing the gaskets.
