What to do if my Graco Paint Sprayer has low fluid pressure?
    • K
      Kevin McmahonAug 27, 2025
If your Graco Paint Sprayer has low fluid pressure, slowly increase the pressure setting to see if the motor starts. If the tip remains clogged, relieve the pressure and refer to the separate gun or tip instruction manual for tip cleaning. Another solution is to clean or replace the filter element.

    Michael WilliamsAug 26, 2025
Why is my Graco Paint Sprayer fluttering or spitting spray?
    • C
      Christopher WilliamsAug 27, 2025
Fluttering or spitting spray from your Graco Paint Sprayer can occur due to several reasons. It could be due to insufficient fluid supply, so try adjusting the fluid regulator or filling the fluid tank. Another cause may be dry or worn fluid needle packing or a loose packing nut, which allows air to enter the fluid passage; in this case, lubricate or replace the packing and tighten the packing nut. Also, check for a loose fluid nozzle or damaged fluid nozzle taper seat, and tighten or replace the fluid nozzle. Clean any dirt between the fluid nozzle, taper seat, and body. If there's a loose or cracked coupler at the fluid inlet, tighten or repair it. Lastly, ensure the fluid tube in the cup or tank is tight.
